Can we get files for Adobe InDesign?+
The InDesign handoff is IDML, a file format that opens in Adobe InDesign. Your designer can continue editing the document and save it as an INDD file. We confirm the deliverable formats and asset requirements when scoping your project. See Adobe’s supported formats
Will an EPUB preserve our page layout?+
A fixed-layout EPUB is designed to retain the page composition. A reflowable EPUB lets text adapt to the reader’s screen and text settings. Features and presentation vary between reading apps, so we choose and test against the intended readers. About the EPUB format
Do shopping and analytics work in every format?+
The hosted web edition supports the proposed interactive shopping and engagement workflow. A PDF or EPUB can contain supported links, but offline reading is not measured like a hosted catalog. Image packs are static, and a slide deck follows the capabilities of the presentation app.
Can we request accessibility requirements?+
Tell us about reading order, alternative text, tagging, navigation, and the intended reading apps when scoping the project. Requirements and validation are agreed per output; choosing a file extension alone does not establish accessibility.
Does every project include every format?+
